Outside Vietnam: a Vietnamese address
K+ and some international channels in TV360 are available only inside Vietnam. Wi-Fi or mobile data in another country therefore causes the error. The TV360 help page names this as one cause. The Vietnam location connects you from a Vietnamese address. The same page also names VPN apps as a cause. TV360 may therefore refuse a connection through the Vietnam location too.

Inside Vietnam: exclude TV360 from the VPN
Inside Vietnam, C310 appears when Ben's VPN connects you to another location. On Android, you can keep the VPN on and exclude only TV360. Press Tunnel, choose Manual and find Apps that bypass the VPN. Press Select apps there, add TV360 and reconnect when the app asks. The Vietnam location is the other option, with the VPN still on. Vietnamese apps then see a Vietnamese address instead of a foreign one. TV360 may still refuse a VPN server, so the exclusion is more reliable.

Can I exclude TV360 on an iPhone?
No, the app list for VPN bypass exists only on Android. On iPhone, Tunnel → Manual accepts IP addresses, subnets and domains, one per line. This works if you know which addresses a service uses.
How do I send everything through the VPN again?
Open Tunnel and choose Off to send all traffic through the VPN. Every app on the device then uses the VPN. Reconnect if the app asks, so that the change takes effect.
Why is “Apps that bypass the VPN” not visible on Android?
The app list appears only in the Manual mode. Open Tunnel and choose that mode before you look for the list.
Does the Vietnam location work on Android TV?
Yes, the TV app comes from the same Google Play listing as the phone app. Its list of locations includes Vietnam as well. Setup steps are on the Android TV page of our site.
