Polish TV and radio online
Catch-up TV, radio and video apps often offer fewer programmes outside Poland. Some shows are marked as available in Poland only. Through the Poland location, you count as a viewer in Poland. Video services can still recognise our server addresses and refuse access.

Sites that only check for the EU
A Polish IP address is also an EU address. For some sites, this is the only check. A service that needs one particular country needs the location of that country. Germany, the Czech Republic and Lithuania each have their own location.

Open the list
Press Location under the server card and expand the list in Change Location.

Search for Poland
Type “Poland” in Find location and choose it in the list. The app connects at once if your subscription is active, because automatic connection is on by default. Before you subscribe, choosing Poland only stores it as your location. Press Connect to see the plans in the Buy Ben's VPN window. Our list of countries labels this location Warsaw.
Home services on your normal connection
Your bank, tax office and work tools at home may expect a local address. Ben's VPN can keep them on your normal connection while Polish sites see Poland.
- Press Tunnel next to Location and choose Manual.
- Enter one entry per line in the field: a domain, an IP address or a subnet. Traffic to these entries goes directly, without the VPN.
- Reconnect when the app asks, because a new mode applies only to a new connection.
Android 12 and older may apply a very long list only in part. The app then shows how many entries took effect.
Android can also exclude whole apps from the VPN. On the same screen, open Apps that bypass the VPN and press Select apps.

Do I need the Polish location while I am visiting Poland?
Not for Polish sites. In Poland, they already see a Polish address. During the trip, you need the location of the country you live in. For British services, for example, choose the United Kingdom.
I excluded a site, and now it sees my real address. Is that right?
Yes. Every entry under Manual bypasses the VPN and uses your own network. Delete its line and reconnect to send the site through Poland again.
Can I exclude a whole app on iPhone or Windows?
No. The list of apps exists only on Android. On other systems, add the domains or IP addresses of that app to Manual.
What happens to Poland when my subscription ends?
A Subscription expired banner appears if the subscription ends while you are connected. The Extend button on the banner opens the plans. Until you renew, Connect opens the Buy Ben's VPN window and does not connect. Your settings, Tunnel included, stay as they were.
